Management Consultant

Atlanta, GA

Thought Logic is seeking experienced Management Consultants to join our Atlanta, GA office. Successful candidates should demonstrate leadership and flexibility, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with executive-level clients, project team members, and support staff. Candidates should possess strong core consulting skills and be able to apply critical problem-solving methodology and project management rigor to drive the formulation of strategy and execution of initiatives for our clients.

  • We are seeking consultants with a range of experience, minimally 5-7 years delivering projects at a top management consulting firm or in a consulting-like environment
  • Expertise in one or more of the following capabilities: strategy development, business transformation, process improvement, data analytics, organizational assessment and design, program / project management, product management, mergers and acquisitions
  • Demonstrated project-based leadership, teamwork, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in multiple disciplines across industries with the ability to quickly build client knowledge and credibility
  • Through active listening and collaboration, have ability to understand client’s business need to design effective processes, organizations, and solutions that drive real value
  • Comfort providing strategic advisory services to clients, independently driving initiatives, and leading or supporting project teams to successful project delivery
  • Ability to function in ambiguous environments and develop approaches / methodologies to apply logical structure
  • Strong leadership skills, including a history of increasing leadership responsibility and steady career progression
  • Experience with business development including lead generation, opportunity identification, solution development, project scoping and staffing, and proposal creation and delivery
  • Comfort working in a flat, entrepreneurial environment; desire to contribute to and lead internal initiatives to stand up core operations and execute on business strategies
  • Advanced analytical and communication skills leveraging Microsoft Office Suite
  • MBA or similar advanced degree preferred, Bachelor’s degree required
