At Thought Logic, we believe this means that all people should be free to express their authentic selves without fear of prejudice or harassment, especially at work. We celebrate and welcome with open arms our LGBTQ+ colleagues, families, clients, and friends.
To further show our support, we are creating regular programming for our employees starting this October. These programs include education and events to keep us up-to-date on topics relevant to the LGBTQ+ community such as unconscious bias, micro-aggressions, and difficulties coming out at work. Encouraging interested employees to learn about and support the importance of National Coming Out Day is just a part of how Thought Logic supports the LGBTQ+ community year-round.
