Executive leadership wanted to understand the value of procurement in the organization and create transparency to the organization’s owner/ stakeholders. As an acquisition, the brand purchased memorabilia and a centralized procurement team made 80% of all global purchasing. There were no metrics or KPI’s to govern categories and demonstrate the value-added activities of the procurement organization.

- Supply Chain/Data & Analytics: Performed spend and gap analysis by category to demonstrate redundancies in spending process and behavior.
- Finance: Created relevant Days of Inventory Outstanding & SKU rationalization of memorabilia and impact to COGS.
