Our client contracted a third party to design and implement SAP S/4HANA. As the implementation date approached, they realized that the new SAP instance would create significant gaps in functionality across the business. Because of time constraints, inadequate attention was given to holistic, end-to-end process documentation and the full scope of process and system gaps was unknown.
