Business Challenge
Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) has become a critical focus across corporations to tackle climate change. Our utility client was no exception. They recognized the need to not only build a sustainability program, but to also structure it so that sustainability becomes a part of the culture across the organization and within the communities and customers they serve.
Response
The Thought Logic team infused project management best practices into client’s agile team to develop the project approach. We advised and coached client’s internal team to effectively navigate across competing client team demands. The team then developed templates and content for sprint reviews and other deliverables, and advised clients of sustainability innovation opportunities to incorporate into framework.
