Response
Our team established and stood up the due diligence program (including the development of tools and templates), and managed business units and functions to deliver diligence reports to executive leadership and to inform deal model. Other services provided included program management support and communications and stakeholder management.
The team completed due diligence efforts in 4 weeks to support deal model and offer. They playbook developed included a best practices approach and solution, governance model with recommended roles and responsibilities, repeatable processes and tools/templates to support future efforts.
