Our client needed a balanced learning approach to drive life-long learning and encourage talent movement across the supply chain organization.

The prior learning approaches were not deemed as comprehensive, relevant or effective, resulting in lack of engagement and decreased confidence in the learning program. With an increasingly distributed and mobile workforce, a need emerged for alternative training delivery methods and a flexible training approach.

Response

  • Thought Logic was engaged to help address near-term learning gaps and define a strategy to build meaningful learning paths for the supply chain organization.
  • Working alongside the client’s supply chain organization, Thought Logic defined the target capabilities of each team, conducted skill definition assessments, defined learning paths, and reviewed existing content to identify and mitigate training gaps.
