Client distribution centers are reaching capacity limitations that are causing concern for the ability of the supply chain to support the growth of the business. The current 3PL has proposed the opening of an additional location and is seeking support in this decision-making process. Urgency required that this decision be made within 12 weeks with a cost-benefit analysis of not making the change versus adding the DC.
