Change Management: Alcohol Distribution – Building Change Capability via Center of Excellence

Designing an approach to build an internal organizational change management capability and community of practice.

Business Challenge

With many in-flight initiatives across the organization, leaders and employees are experiencing change fatigue. Additionally, the organization’s low level of change management maturity has resulted in a large variation of change management application with no standards or requirements to effectively support key initiatives.

This has resulted in the delayed rollout of many technology initiatives as the people-side of the change was lagging or not adequately planned.

Response

  • Thought Logic developed a flexible and agnostic change approach/ framework aligned with the needs and culture of the organization.
  • With major in-flight initiatives preparing for rollout, Thought Logic quickly developed and began testing change tools. Learnings were incorporated, and the toolkit was equipped with quick “how to” guides to enable training of internal talent and begin building the change management muscle within the organization.
