Client had an aggressive strategy to transform their Commercial & Technology organization to streamline processes and enable end-to-end accountability for technology products to drive value for guests, owners, and the enterprise. To achieve this goal, leaders decided to transition from a siloed, function-aligned organization into product-centric teams, stand up a governing Strategy, Planning & Performance team, and establish and formalize new ways of working. They lacked the program management resources to execute this transition in the desired timeframe.
- Provided thought leadership on large, organizational restructuring and change activities.
- Created guidelines and organized technology products and platforms into product portfolios.
- Created a toolset and managed process for defining new roles and responsibilities, interactions to enable recently formed teams to operate efficiently.
