OUR LEADERSHIP
Great People Deliver Great Results
When a client hires a consulting firm, they are not just hiring expertise or bandwidth – they are hiring people. We think our people are unique:
- We have a lot of experience… more than 15 years on average!
- 75% of us have “Big 4” experience
- 60% of us have been both Big 4 consultants and clients (pretty unusual, and very useful)
- 60% of us have advanced degrees
- We live full lives. Our ranks include marathon runners, movie extras, road and mountain bike racers, golfers, photographers, proud parents and more.
This means our clients get a well-rounded team of people with deep professional and life experience. People who can apply new thinking to new challenges. In short, people who provide a refreshing approach to business consulting.
