In the mid-90s, our founders were “on the road” every week, helping their clients identify and solve challenging issues. They delivered great work for clients large and small across multiple industries.
But over the next two decades, they saw the needs of both clients and consultants change. Clients wanted more flexibility, deeper expertise, better availability and lower costs from their consultants. Experienced consultants, on the other hand, wanted to maximize their talents, a better selection of projects, and the chance to get off the road.
So in 2014, we founded Thought Logic to address the shifting needs of clients and to create a culture that consultants could be excited about: one that enables them to have a balanced life, professionally and personally.
The End? Not quite. The story will continue as the Thought Logic team seeks innovative ways to meet the evolving needs of both clients and consultants.
It’s only logical.
